Ride Description:
This adventure is sponsored by the Richfield Area Chamber of Commerce and is designed to give Jamboree participants an opportunity to get to know Richfield a little better. Please note, this ride starts at the City Park at 10:00 a.m. From there you will head out on a self-guided tour throughout the town, taking time to stop and shop in a couple of our stores unique to Richfield. Lunch will be provided by Larsen's Ace Hardware, where you will have the opportunity to cook and dress your burger to your liking.

Ride Description:
This one involves fun, great views of the valley with lunch provided by Winger’s Roadhouse of Richfield. This is a slow paced, easy trek along the base of Monroe Mountain to a favorite overlook that the locals call Thompson Basin. Riders are rewarded with a breathtaking view of the entire Sevier Valley.

Ride: Casto Canyon

Ride Description:
Do you know the difference between Bryce Canyon and Casto Canyon? You can ride your wheeler up Casto Canyon! This ride has beautiful red rock “Hoodoos'' and long needle pines, just like Bryce. First, we’ll trailer south of Richfield 87 miles to the trailhead just past Panguich. After unloading, we’ll wind up Casto Canyon amongst the majestic long needle pines and “Hoodoos”. One of the hardest things about this ride is trying to decide what you don’t want a picture of, so don’t forget your camera. After topping out of Casto, we’ll head back down Lime Kiln Canyon and down the valley to the trucks. We will cover 35-40 miles of dirt, sand, and gravel roads and trails. This ride is well worth the trip!

Ride Description:
On this ride you will be required to trailer your machine some distance. How far is to be decided by the fish. What we can promise you is an amazing day full of fun riding and fishing for Brook Trout, Grayling and Tiger Trout. You must possess a current Utah fishing license (can purchase a one day license at wildlife.utah.gov) and bring your own fly-fishing equipment. This is a great way to enjoy the best our mountains have to offer. Make sure to pack a good lunch. (Where we go fishing changes year to year according to where the fish are.)

Ride Description:
We will be trailering our machines about 60 miles out to the desert. You will have the chance to see wild horses, burros, antelope, or bighorn sheep. You can take the brave step to the edge of a ledge with the canyon floor 100 feet below and see vistas of mountain ranges 100 miles away. Bring extra gas as needed, water, lunch, camera, binoculars, jacket, and a smile.

Ride Description:
Spend the day with the Sevier County Commissioners on this ride. You will trailer your machines to the Sheep Creek trailhead in the beautiful Gooseberry area east of Salina. This ride has it all as it travels past Twin Ponds, Cold Spring, Farnsworth Lake and Lost Creek reservoir. Riders will enjoy a lot of trail and great scenery as you travel over UM Pass, into Sheep Valley and then over Niotche. Lunch will be provided by the Sevier County Commissioners.

Ride Description:
We will be riding on Parker Mountain and hopefully spot some antelope. Parker Mountain is a unique geophysical region where the Colorado Plateau meets the Great Basin. This ride follows the road systems that traverses the entire Parker Mountain Plateau. Greater sage grouse, Utah prairie dog, and antelope are common species in this vast open landscape. You will have to trailer 40 miles to the Parker Mountain turnoff on Highway 24. Make sure you pack a lunch!

Ride Description:
This Poker Run ride has lunch provided at Monroe Meadows. The ride leaves from Red Rock Real Estate and heads up Cove Mountain past Big Lake. The ride will go through aspen and conifer forests and open meadows with spectacular views of Grass Valley to the East and Sevier Valley to the West. We will then stop for lunch. From there we’ll meander through the meadows down the canyon into the town of Monroe and back to Red Rock Real Estate.

Ride Description:
Come ride with us to Richfield’s sister city to the west, Fillmore. This ride involves going to the top of the Pahvant Mountain and back. We’ll ride along the top and then down Chalk Creek. While in Fillmore, top off our tanks and get some lunch, so bring along a few bucks. Then we’ll return via Sand Rock Ridge.

Ride Description:
This trailered ride begins at the Sulphurdale rock quarry and winds toward Gillies Hill, where riders enjoy an impressive overlook of the Beaver Valley. Continuing north, the route passes extinct volcanic features such as Cinder Crater and Red Knoll on the way to Cove Fort for lunch and a tour of the historic site. Afterward, the ride travels along the base of Little Shelly and Marbletop Mountains, visits the Sulphurdale geothermal areas, and follows Pine Creek Road through scenic mountain terrain before returning to the staging area. This trek blends great views with fascinating regional history, making it a favorite for riders of all interests.

From Richfield we’ll trailer 50 miles to the Staging Area at the summit of Salina Canyon. Starting our ride up Clear Creek trail passing Kinney Meadows working our way east to a scenic view from top of Red Canyon Hole. We'll pass by Mt. Hilgard and head east to Sheep Valley making our way to Johnson Reservoir where we will have lunch. After lunch we’ll head back to the staging area via Red Creek Trail.
Advanced Rides

Ride Description:
We will trailer our machines to the little town of Koosharem, we’ll hit the Paiute #01 trail and climb to Milo's Kitchen. Then we drop into a narrow canyon loaded with dense aspen stands before we traverse across a canyon wall with amazing vistas all the way to Indian Flat. All of this is loaded with challenging 50” trails! The back half of the ride meanders through the Monroe Mountains, past Barney Lake, to the top near Marysvale Peak. This ride offers something for everyone: amazing views, incredible mountain trails, and if you’re lucky, you may spot one of the area's trophy elk.

Ride Description:
This ride will leave from Bar 86 at 8:30 am. While there, feel free to fill up your thermos with coffee, get ice and enjoy a doughnut. We will leave from Bar 86 and head north making our way up the pole line to the trail head. The fun begins as we twist our way up and roll through pine trees where we will be rewarded with spectacular views looking out over Deer Creek canyon and Little Valley. Then we head back down to Bar 86 for a wonderful complimentary lunch buffet and some awesome entertainment.

Approaching the Red Hills, with excitement and cheer,
We'll cross the sawdust pits, without any fear.
Up rocky hills, we'll climb with delight,
With views of the city, such a magnificent sight!
In the rock playground, with joy we'll play,
Climbing obstacles, breaking parts along the way.
Through Dairy Canyon, we'll boldly ride,
To the top of the mountain, we'll ascend with pride!
Down to Hay’s Hill, the trail will swiftly descend,
Marvelous rock formations, around each bend.
Under the freeway, we'll start our return,
With new scratches & dents, we bid the trail adjourn!
Plan on grabbing lunch at Herb's Place where we started the ride.

Ride Description:
You will trailer approximately 27 miles southwest of Richfield up Clear Creek Canyon to the designated off-loading area at the Shingle Creek road junction. From here you will ride to Cove Fort and travel the west Pahvant range through First Creek, Second Creek and Three Creeks along with a few other creeks. The route will take you through Dog Valley, Dry Wash, and John Watts on some spectacular trails.

Ride Description:
This ride involves a very steep and challenging “Oh Crap” trail. This takes you into Flat Canyon and then on that “precipitous journey”. We’ll finish with a trip around Indian Peak and back to Richfield. 4-wheel drive machines only and no riding double.

Ride Description:
On this ride we’ll spend some time in Saddle Pass on the south end of Thousand Lake Mountain where the vista of the Fremont River through Capitol Reef National Park and the Henry Mountains will take your breath away. We’ll weave our way through the forest, past meadows and streams. You will see the contrast of the autumn colors with the bright red and gold landscape laying thousands of feet below. You’ll visit a canyon overlooking what the locals call “Little Bryce”. You will see beautiful mountain lakes and the ancient Bristlecone Pine. Make sure to bring along a good lunch.

Ride Description:
Join us as we take a look at the amazing history of this trial, provided by the Utah Cultural Site Stewardship Program Coordinator. We will experience beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains and enjoy epic trails. Along the way we will learn about the fascinating history and experience the archaeology of this area, this ride really has got it all! The ride begins at Fremont Indian State Park – requiring you to trailer your machine 20 miles south on I-70. We will visit a portion of the Max Reid Trail, the Silver King Mine, Kimberly Ghost Town, Mill Creek, Fish Creek and the old Cove Fort Highway. Any machine 50” or less will have the opportunity to enjoy a width restricted segment of the Max Reid trail. Those with machines greater than 50” will take an alternative route. Don't miss out on this fun ride back in time with new friends from all over the world.
